The Institute of Medical Sciences under Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi – 221 005, has invited applications for an all-India level entrance test for admission to its MBBS course.
Two stages
The test will have two stages First stage – PMT-Screening-2007, is scheduled for 9th May 2007 at Varanasi, Delhi, Kolkata and Hyderabad centres to screen students for eligibility to take PMT-Main-2007 to be held on 17th June 2007 at Varanasi Centre only.
Those who have passed intermediate / 10 +2 / equivalent examination with minimum of 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST candidates) in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology & Botany) taken together can apply.
Students appearing in the qualifying examination may also apply.
